The successful implementation of such projects can significantly impact the well-being and integration of migrants, reducing potential hardships and fostering greater independence and stability. It also highlights the importance of international cooperation and coordinated efforts between governmental and non-governmental entities in addressing global migration challenges.
What's Next?

Once selected, the Project Associate will begin implementing the transition support strategy, which includes conducting research, identifying needs and service gaps, and developing referral pathways. Ongoing monitoring and reporting will be critical to assess the effectiveness of the project activities and make necessary adjustments. The IOM will continue to collaborate with local authorities, partners, UN agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for BOTPs, aiming to enhance their access to services and facilitate their journey towards greater stability.
