What's Happening?
A Silver Alert was issued for Erin Jacobs, an 86-year-old Tulsa resident with dementia, after she went missing. Jacobs was last seen driving a red 2006 Toyota Rav 4. The alert was issued to help locate her due to her vulnerable condition. Fortunately,
