Rachel Sharpe, the foundation manager at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health, has been chosen to join the 2026 class of the Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute. This program, initiated by the Indiana Philanthropy
Alliance (IPA) in 2021, is designed to provide leadership training to professionals in board and executive roles within foundations, corporations, and social impact organizations across Indiana. Sharpe was selected through a competitive application process, securing one of the 22 available spots. Her role at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health involves strategic fundraising, donor stewardship, and mission-driven outreach, aimed at enhancing healthcare services. Sharpe's background includes significant experience in higher education, athletics, philanthropy, and organizational leadership, with previous positions at Hanover College, Knox College, and Arvin Sango Inc. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in health and movement studies.
