Zeal Hotels has been awarded the 'Green Building Project of the Year' at the Edie Net Zero Awards 2025 for its Voco Zeal Exeter Science Park development. This recognition highlights the company's efforts

The hotel, which features 142 rooms, aims to be the first in Western Europe to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, a benchmark for low-carbon design and fit-out. The project has already achieved this rating at the design stage.
