Shanghai Electric has introduced a new lineup of industrial robots and AI technologies at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. The company's latest offerings include the SUYUAN bipedal humanoid robot and the TUOYUAN wheeled humanoid robot,
both designed for precision tasks in manufacturing environments. These robots are equipped with advanced features such as multimodal vision systems and dual-battery hot-swap designs, enabling continuous operation. Additionally, Shanghai Electric unveiled 51 AI models under its StarCloud Intelligent Manufacturing platform, aimed at optimizing factory operations and maintenance. The company is positioning these technologies as practical tools for addressing labor shortages and improving production efficiency.
