The San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) has appointed Jennifer Ustation as its new Chief Financial Officer. Ustation brings over a decade of experience in municipal finance, having previously served as the finance director for the City of Beaumont.
Her expertise includes budgeting, audits, compliance, capital planning, accounting, and investment management. Ustation is also actively involved in the Government Finance Officers Association and holds a Certified Public Finance Officer designation. At SGPWA, she will oversee long-range financial planning, capital financing, and fiscal transparency as the agency continues to invest in sustainable water supplies and infrastructure to support regional reliability. SGPWA Board President Robert Ybarra expressed confidence in Ustation's leadership, highlighting her deep connection to the region and her commitment to serving the community.
