The University of Baltimore School of Law is actively seeking an Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. This leadership position reports directly to the Dean and is responsible for overseeing key areas related to student affairs, including leading the Office
of Student Affairs (OSA) and its team. The Assistant Dean will serve as a primary interface for students, faculty, staff, and university administrative offices, supporting student wellness, managing student crises, and overseeing student government and other aspects of the law student experience. The role involves close coordination with the University Office of Student Success and Support Services, particularly concerning student conduct and support. The successful candidate will be expected to make independent judgments and decisions to enhance the student experience and will be a member of the law school’s senior leadership team.
