The Consortium's presence at Gulfood includes daily tastings, masterclasses, and cooking demonstrations led by Chef Antonino Danilo Alagna and other Italian chefs. The event aims to increase awareness of Parmigiano Reggiano's authenticity and nutritional benefits, particularly in the Middle East, a region experiencing growth in the hospitality sector.
