Test of Time Bakery, a new addition to downtown Hagerstown, Maryland, celebrated its grand opening on August 3. The bakery, owned by Jennifer Anderson, offers made-from-scratch, non-GMO, organic baked goods and drinks. Anderson, who transitioned from a career
in accounting to baking, opened the bakery after earning a degree in baking and pastry in 2023. The grand opening was attended by over 50 guests, including local officials such as Mayor Bill McIntire and representatives from the office of U.S. Rep. April McClain Delaney. The bakery was recognized by various local organizations for its contribution to the community. Test of Time Bakery also offers custom orders and monthly subscription boxes, and it operates seven days a week.
