Cathay Group has entered into a significant maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) contract with Lufthansa Technik, covering its Boeing 747 and 777 aircraft. The agreement, which is the largest of its kind for Cathay, will commence in October and includes Total Component Maintenance under a power-by-the-hour arrangement for 20 747s and 52 777s.
