Rocco Forte Hotels has announced a new luxury hotel project in Fasano, Italy, set to open in 2028. The hotel will be located in the former Relais del Cardinale and will feature 86 rooms and suites, restaurants, a bar, event spaces, a spa, and a large
pool. The project is a collaboration between several companies, including Impredo, Pigroup, and Corbuild, with financial backing from PGIM and Re.vo holding. The development aims to enhance the luxury hospitality offerings in the Puglia region, which is already a popular destination for international tourists. The design and renovation will be overseen by Olga Polizzi, Vice President and Design Director of Rocco Forte Hotels, in partnership with Luigi Fragola Architects.
