A coalition of environmental and community advocacy organizations, represented by the Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC), has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The lawsuit challenges FERC's authorization of the South System
Expansion 4 (SSE4) and Mississippi Crossing (MSX) pipeline proposals, which are estimated to cost $5.2 billion.
