Frisco, Colorado, is progressing with two major workforce housing projects aimed at providing affordable rental units for local workers. The developments at 602 Galena St. and 101 W. Main St. are set to add over 100 deed-restricted rental units. The 602 Galena St. project is nearing
completion and will offer 54 units for middle-income residents, while the 101 W. Main St. project is in the early stages of construction, targeting lower-income renters with approximately 52 units. These projects represent Frisco's largest push into rental housing, with the aim of placing county workers closer to their jobs and essential services.
