Citroen India has revised prices across its current India lineup, covering the C3 hatchback, C3 Aircross SUV and the Basalt coupe-SUV. The new prices are effective immediately and are already live on the brand’s
official website. However, this update brings no mechanical changes and no standard feature additions.
Citroen Basalt
The Citroen Basalt has received a flat price increase of Rs 20,000 on all variants. After the revision, prices now start at Rs 8.15 lakh and go up to Rs 13.35 lakh (ex-showroom). The Basalt continues to be offered in You, Plus and Max trims.
One notable update is on the feature front, though not as standard equipment. The Max variant now lists a 360-degree camera as an optional accessory, fitted at the dealership for an additional cost. This means buyers can opt for the camera, but it does not come included in the base price.
Engine options remain unchanged. Buyers can choose between a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol producing 80.86 bhp and a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol making 118.49 bhp. Manual gearboxes are standard, while the turbo-petrol also gets a 6-speed torque-converter automatic option.

Citroen Aircross
The Citroën Aircross has also seen a Rs 20,000 hike across most variants, pushing prices to a new range of Rs 8.49 lakh to Rs 13.94 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the recently launched five-seat Max Turbo variant has been spared from the increase.
The seven-seat Max Turbo effectively becomes more expensive due to the addition of a dealer-installed 360-degree camera, similar to the Basalt. Mechanically, the Aircross continues unchanged with the same 1.2-litre NA petrol and 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engines, paired with manual and automatic transmission options.
Citroen C3
The Citroen C3 hatchback sees the smallest increase in the lineup, with prices going up by up to Rs 15,000. The revised prices now range from Rs 4.95 lakh to Rs 9.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The Live (O) manual variant remains unchanged, keeping the C3’s entry price competitive.
As with the other models, top-end Shine variants now list a 360-degree camera as an optional accessory, installed at the dealership. Excluding this accessory, the effective price hike remains Rs 15,000. Engine options continue with the familiar 1.2-litre NA petrol and 1.2-litre turbo-petrol units.
The hikes are moderate and manageable, especially considering there are no changes to engines or standard features. If you were planning to buy a Citroen, it is worth checking dealer offers and accessory bundles, especially for the 360-degree camera.
