Recent spy shots reveal more details around its design, hardware and mechanical layout. These offer clues about what the final motorcycle is capable of delivering. While the Himalayan 750 is still under development, these sightings help outline its positioning, expected specifications and how it may differ from existing Royal Enfield adventure models ahead of a likely launch timeline.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 750: What The Latest Spy Shots Reveal
The latest test mule of the bike can be seen covered in a heavy camouflage. However, several key elements were visible. The bike has a larger and more significant appearance as compared to the Himalayan 450. It appears to carry a longer wheelbase and a wider stance. Spy shots also indicate the presence of a stepped seat layout, a tall windscreen, upright handlebars as well as a silhouette that is more touring-focused. The exhaust routing and frame structure suggest that there is a robust platform for long-distance riding and load-carrying.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750: Engine And Mechanical Expectations
Royal Enfield will most likely use a new 750cc, parallel-twin engine to power the upcoming Himalayan variant. While the brand has not yet disclosed the official specifications, several industry reports indicate that this motor could be taken from Royal Enfield's larger-capacity, twin-cylinder platform. This one is basically tuned for strong mid-range torque instead of high-rev performance. In terms of transmission, you can expect a six-speed unit to be on duty here. Cooling will likely be liquid-based, which aligns with current emission standards. This setup will place the Himalayan 750 as a more highway-oriented machine as compared to the single-cylinder Himalayan 450.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750: Chassis And Suspension
Apart from all this, we can expect the bike to ride on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel combination. This is consistent with the adventure motorcycle segment norms. Moreover, it appears to have a generous suspension setup with upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear monoshock. Dual front disc brakes are also visible. This means that the focus is on improved braking performance for higher speeds and added weight. The chassis will probably be tuned for stability and comfort rather than aggressive off-roading.
