Royal Enfield: December 2025 Sales Performance Explained
According to the official sales data, Royal Enfield sold nearly 1.04 lakh units in December 2025, up from 79,466 units in December 2024. Domestic sales stood at 93,177 units, registering a 37% growth, while exports declined marginally on a year-on-year basis. Despite the export dip, the strong domestic performance ensured an overall growth of 30% for the month, making December one of the brand’s strongest periods in 2025.
Models Like Hunter 350 And Classic 350 Lead Volumes
The Hunter 350 continued to play a key role in driving volumes, appealing to younger and urban-focused riders. The Classic 350, one of Royal Enfield’s longest-running nameplates, also remained a consistent contributor. Together, these models anchored sales in the mid-size motorcycle segment, supported by demand for other offerings across the 350cc and 650cc line-ups.
Year-To-Date Growth Overview
For the financial year to date, Royal Enfield reported total sales of over 9.21 lakh units, reflecting a 27% growth compared to the same period last year. Domestic volumes rose by 26%, while exports grew by 34% year-to-date. This indicates that despite short-term monthly fluctuations, the brand maintained a stable growth trajectory across both home and overseas markets.

During December, Royal Enfield also highlighted several brand-led initiatives and global showcases. These included participation in international custom motorcycle events and the unveiling of updated models in select markets.
