If you follow Punjabi entertainment or enjoy fun auto content, you probably know Parmish Verma who is a singer, actor, car lover and who never fails to entertain. Recently, he posted a hilarious Instagram
reel in which he jokingly “roasts” online used car promoters by placing ridiculously low bids on luxury four wheelers, all while standing next to the actual cars. The reel is meant to be for fun, but it also highlights how online used car promoters take a dig at premium car lovers.
The video begins with Parmish standing next to a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which is a popular luxury sedan known for comfort and premium styling, but instead of talking about its features, Verma takes a playful dig and bids just Rs 2,30,000 for it. Anyone who knows the actual price would laugh because an E-Class normally costs more than Rs 70 lakh, but that is exactly where his humour hits.
Next, he moves to the Toyota Hilux, which is a lifestyle pickup truck and is famous for its rugged build and off-road power. Parmish Verma keeps the jokes going and offers Rs 12,50,000 for it, again, nowhere close to its real price, whose starting price is Rs 28 lakh in India. The video’s charm is in how confidently he delivers these “bids.”
But the biggest punchline comes when he reaches the blue Audi Q3. With a straight face, he said “What can I even say about the Audi… just take the Audi, brother” (Audi ka kya bataye, Audi to le jao bhai), then hilariously bids just Rs 25,000 for the SUV, where the actual price is Rs 43 lakh.

And just when viewers think the fun is over, Parmish points towards the final car, the Tata Safari and this time, he changes tone. With confidence, he bids Rs 28.40 lakh, when the SUV’s base model is for Rs 14.66 lakh and the top is for Rs 25,95,790, clearly placing Safari above Mercedes, Toyota and Audi in his reel. Parmish believes the Safari offers the best of its value among all the cars shown.
The reel may be comedic, but it highlights something interesting for new auto enthusiasts that online used car promoters offer prices that don't always justify the equal value. Many Indian buyers today look for reliability, comfort, features, service network and real-world performance and these promoters fool them by promoting un-real reels.
