The strong response for Oben Electric's newest EV reflects the rising demand for performance-based and sportier-looking bikes in the country, which was once solely ruled by big ICE models. The electric bike has a claimed IDC range of 180 kilometres, and a top speed of 110km/h. It packs a 3.4kWh LFP battery and is capable to go from 0 to 40km/h in three seconds. The Oben Rorr Evo is a feature-focused bike that comes with a 5-inch colour TFT display, turn-by-turn navigation, and a storage capacity of 10 litres. The EV manufacturer boasts a network of over 150 showrooms and service centres spread across more than 100
cities. It plans to expand its retail footprint with 200 additional showrooms by the end of FY27.

The Oben Rorr Evo is priced at Rs 99,000 for the first 10,000 customers. Post this introductory offer, the electric bike will retail at Rs 1.25 lakh. Deliveries are said to begin from June, while bookings are underway for a token amount of Rs 777.
