Indian cricketer KL Rahul has just added a new set of wheels to his garage, and it’s not a flashy sports car this time. The star batsman has taken delivery of the all-electric MG M9, a luxury 7-seater.
KL Rahul’s MG M9 is finished in the sleek Metal Black shade. Priced at Rs 69.90 lakh, the MG M9 has been dubbed “The Presidential Limousine,” and for good reason. The MG M9 offers seating for seven, but the real highlight is the second row.
The middle-row presidential seats come with 16-way adjustments, 8 massage functions, and both heating and ventilation options. There’s also a yacht-style dual and 64-colour ambient lighting to set the mood. In terms of tech, the MG M9 doesn’t hold back. The dashboard houses a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen paired with a 7-inch driver’s display, supported by a 13-speaker premium sound system.

For safety, it features seven airbags, a 360-degree camera, a digital rear-view mirror, and Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). It also carries a 5-star safety rating from both Euro NCAP and ANCAP.
Under the hood, or rather, beneath the floor, lies a 90-kWh NMC battery that delivers an impressive certified range of 548 km on a full charge. The M9’s electric motor produces 245 hp and 350 Nm of torque, offering smooth yet powerful performance. With fast-charging capability, the battery can be topped up from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Visually, the M9 features a bold trapezoidal grille, split LED headlamps, and connected DRLs. The rear design features a waterfall-style LED taillight. It rides on 19-inch ContiSeal tyres, which can self-seal minor punctures.
