Hero has launched the new Destini 110, expanding its entry-level scooter lineup. With updated styling and features, the scooter goes head-to-head with the Honda Activa 110, one of the best-selling models in the 110cc segment. Here’s how the two compare on paper.
Hero Destini 110 vs Honda Activa 110: Price and Colours
The Destini 110 comes in two variants: VX at Rs 72,000 and ZX at Rs 79,000 (ex-showroom). The VX is offered in Grey, Blue and White, while the ZX is available in Grey, Blue and Red. Honda offers the Activa 110 in three trims: Standard at Rs 66,932, DLX at Rs 84,021 and Smart at Rs 87,693 (ex-showroom). All variants come in six colours, including Blue, Grey, Black, White and Maroon.

Hero Destini 110 vs Honda Activa 110: Engine and Mileage
The Destini 110 runs a 110.9cc, single-cylinder,
air-cooled engine producing 8.07 hp and 8.87 Nm, paired with a CVT gearbox. Hero claims a mileage of 56.2 km/l. The scooter uses telescopic forks up front and a single coil hydraulic spring at the rear. It weighs 114 kg and carries a 5.2-litre fuel tank.
The Activa 110 is powered by a 109.51cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor producing 7.8 hp and 9.05 Nm, also with a CVT. Honda claims an ARAI-certified mileage of 59.5 km/l. The Activa gets telescopic front forks with a three-step adjustable rear unit. It weighs 106 kg, has 162 mm ground clearance and a slightly larger 5.3-litre fuel tank.

The Destini 110 offers LED projector headlamps, alloy wheels and a metal body. It also has the longest seat in the segment with an integrated backrest, an LED tail lamp and an analogue-digital instrument cluster.
The Activa 110 sticks to halogen headlamps but adds a 4.2-inch TFT display and Honda RoadSync connectivity. It also offers a smart-key system for added convenience, along with a metal body.
