Honda has introduced the updated CB750 Hornet for 2026, and it is a motorcycle that aims to make riding easier, smoother and more exciting, especially for new or casual riders who want a sporty yet easy
to handle machine. While the bike keeps its powerful engine and sharp streetfighter styling intact, the big update this year is the addition of Honda’s E-Clutch technology, which is a clever system designed to make gear shifting effortless.
For those who are new to motorcycles, the E-Clutch works like a helping hand as normally, the riders need to press the clutch lever every time they change gears. But with Honda’s E-Clutch, electronic actuators automatically handle clutch work for you. This means riders can shift gears quickly and smoothly without worrying about using the clutch, which is great for city traffic. You can even stop the bike in gear without stalling and if you prefer traditional manual control that option is still available with just a switch.

The 2026 CB750 Hornet remains the same as the previous model, as it continues to have a 755 cc parallel-twin engine, which produces 90 hp at 9,500 rpm and 75 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm.
The bike features a Showa SFF-BP upside-down front fork and a linked monoshock rear suspension, which offers stability and comfort. Braking duties are handled by dual 296 mm front discs, a 240 mm rear disc and dual-channel ABS for added safety. Riders also get modern features like a 5-inch TFT digital display, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), emergency stop signal and four riding modes: Sport, Standard, Rain and User.
Visually, Honda has refreshed the CB750 Hornet with several stunning new colours. These include combinations like Graphite Black & Matt Ballistic Black Metallic with a Red Frame, Goldfinch Yellow with Wolf Silver Metallic, and Matt Jeans Blue Metallic with Matt Ballistic Black Metallic. These new shades give the Hornet a fresh identity while keeping its aggressive streetfighter look intact with dual LED headlights and sharp body lines.
The updated 2026 Honda CB750 Hornet is currently available only in international markets, but is expected to arrive in India soon. With its blend of performance, convenience and style, the 2026 CB750 Hornet stands out as one of Honda’s most exciting offerings.
