Hero MotoCorp has quietly rolled out a major update for the Xtreme 125R. The 2025 model now gets a top-end Dual Channel ABS variant, priced at Rs 1.04 lakh (ex-showroom). Without teasers or hype, Hero has added a serious layer of sophistication to its 125cc streetfighter.
The Xtreme 125R lineup now includes four variants:
- Xtreme 125R Dual Channel ABS - Rs 1,04,500
- Xtreme 125R ABS Single Seat - Rs 92,500
- Xtreme 125R ABS OBD2B - Rs 92,500
- Xtreme 125R IBS OBD2B - Rs 89,000
The big news is the new tech package. The 2025 Xtreme 125R introduces dual-channel ABS, a first for any 125cc motorcycle in India, along with cruise control and ride-by-wire throttle. It also gets three riding modes and a new full-colour LCD display. Hero has clearly aimed to make the Xtreme 125R feel more premium without
losing its commuter-friendly core.

Three new shades join the palette: Black Pearl Red, Black Matt Shadow Grey, and Black Leaf Green. True to its “Xtreme” theme, all colours feature a dominant black base with contrasting highlights.
Power continues to come from the same 124.7cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 11.4 bhp and 10.5 Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike sprints from 0–60 km/h in 5.9 seconds and delivers an impressive claimed fuel efficiency of 66 km/l.
The chassis setup remains unchanged, a diamond frame with a 37mm telescopic fork up front and dual hydraulic shocks at the rear. Braking performance gets a clear upgrade: the dual-channel ABS variant uses a 276mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum.

It rides on 17-inch alloys with 90/90 front and 120/80 rear tubeless tyres. Dimensions remain identical, with a 794mm seat height, 180mm ground clearance, and a 10-litre fuel tank. Kerb weight stands at 136 kg.
