MotoHaus has launched the new VLF Mobster 135 scooter in India. Despite its name, the Mobster runs a 125cc engine but stands out with its sharp, Italian design. It will be assembled locally and positioned
directly against the homegrown TVS NTorq 125. Here’s a straight comparison of both scooters.
VLF Mobster 135 Vs TVS NTorq 125: Prices and Colours
The VLF Mobster 135 starts at an introductory price of Rs 1.29 lakh for the first 2,500 buyers. After that, it will be priced at Rs 1.38 lakh (ex-showroom). Colour options include Crimson Override, Ghostlight, Ash Circuit and Neon Venom.
The TVS NTorq 125 is more affordable, starting at Rs 80,900 and going up to Rs 99,000 (ex-showroom). It’s available in several variants such as Race Edition, Super Squad Edition and Race XP, each with its own graphics and finishes.

VLF Mobster 135 Vs TVS NTorq 125: Features
The Mobster 135 comes with premium equipment. It gets a 5-inch colour TFT display with navigation and smart connectivity, illuminated switches, engine start-stop, keyless ignition and a standard 12W USB charger. Safety features include dual-channel switchable ABS, traction control, dual gas-charged suspension, brake lever guards and dual-purpose tyres.
The NTorq 125 offers a negative LCD display on lower variants and a colour LCD on top trims. TVS SmartXonnect brings connected features, but the scooter does without ABS or traction control. LED headlamps and tail-lamps are standard.

VLF Mobster 135 Vs TVS NTorq 125: Engine Specification
The VLF Mobster uses a 125cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 12.1 hp and 11.7 Nm, paired with a CVT. VLF claims a top speed of 100 km/h. It carries an 8-litre fuel tank and delivers a claimed mileage of 46 km/l.
The NTorq 125 runs a 124.8cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine delivering 9.38 hp and 10.6 Nm, also with a CVT. It has a 5-litre fuel tank and a slightly higher claimed mileage of 48 km/l.
