Design Changes
The Syros MY26 now looks slightly more sporty and rugged. The front and rear bumpers have been redesigned, giving the SUV a stronger road presence. There are also new design elements like glossy black skid plates, LED fog lamps and updated rear styling with LED stop lamps.
On the side, Kia has added black roof rails and ORVMs, which add to the SUV look. The top variants now get new 17-inch crystal-cut alloy wheels with neon brake calipers, which stand out on the road. New colour options like Magma Red and Ivory Silver also give buyers more choice.Automatic Options
One of the most important updates is the wider availability of automatic transmission. Earlier, diesel automatic options
were limited. Now, Kia is offering diesel automatic variants from the HTK+ trim onwards, making them more affordable and accessible. This is important for city users who deal with heavy traffic and prefer the convenience of automatic driving.
Features
The Syros MY26 continues to focus on comfort and tech. Some standout features include a large 30-inch panoramic display panel, dual-pane panoramic sunroof, ventilated front and rear seats, rear seat slide and recline function. It also offers over 80 connected car features and OTA updates, making it feel modern and easy to live with.

Safety
For safety-conscious buyers, the Syros comes with a five-star BNCAP safety rating, along with a package of 20 safety features. This makes it a solid choice for families looking for a safe and practical SUV.
Despite being an SUV, the Syros is designed to be easy to drive in city conditions. Its compact size helps in tight spaces, while the cabin still offers good space for passengers. Kia says the update is based on customer feedback, focusing on what buyers actually want like comfort, convenience and value.
The Kia Syros MY26 is not a complete overhaul, but a smart update. With a lower starting price, more variants, improved design, and better availability of automatic options, it becomes a stronger choice in the compact SUV space.
