Ducati has officially launched the 2025 Multistrada V2 in India, price starting at Rs 18.88 lakh (ex-showroom). This superbike is designed for riders who love long-distance touring with a sporty edge,
the new Multistrada V2 combines performance, comfort, and technology in a sleek and aggressive package.
Looks
This bike weighs 18 kg less than its predecessor and the new model weighs at 199 kg without fuel, which makes it more agile and easier to handle, especially during long rides or when carrying luggage. Its redesigned bodywork features sharp, sporty lines, a lightier rear section and new headlights with DRLs inspired by Ducati’s Panigale and Multistrada V4. This gives it a bold and aggressive look that matches its dynamic performance.
Engine
The Multistrada V2 is equipped with 890cc, 90° V-twin V2 engine which produces 113 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 92 Nm of torque at 8,250 rpm. This power is delivered through a 6-speed gearbox that offers smooth and responsive performance whether on highways or mountain trails.
Practicality
A major highlight in this bike is its semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS) system, which automatically adjusts damping for maximum comfort and stability. The V2 S variant even features a Minimum Preload function which allows the suspension to lower at the push of a button, that makes it easier for riders to place their feet on the ground, especially with a pillion or heavy luggage.
Technology and Riding Modes
The bike also has a 5-inch TFT color display, redesigned handlebar controls and five riding modes - Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro, and Wet, that sets the power delivery and electronic aids like Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) and Engine Brake Control (EBC).
Other smart features include Cruise Control, a USB charging port, Ducati Brake Light EVO for safer braking and Bluetooth connectivity with the Ducati Multimedia System for navigation and music.

According to Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, the new Multistrada V2 reflects the brand’s focus on the growing mid-weight adventure touring segment.
