TVS Motor Company is all set to make waves in the Indian motorcycle market with the launch of its much-awaited TVS RTX 300 today at 4 PM. This new model marks TVS’s debut in the surging 300cc adventure motorcycle segment which is a category that is becoming increasingly popular among riders who love both city cruising and weekend getaways.
Engine Expectation
The TVS RTX 300 first came into limelight when it appeared in prototype form at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo which gave enthusiasts a sneak peek of what is about to come next. Now, the production-ready version is set to hit the roads and is expected to carry an all-new 299cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine known as the RTX D4. This motor will produce around 35 hp and 28.5 Nm of peak torque which is paired
with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch for smoother gear changes, And this is a combination that promises high performance and easy handling.

Appearance
In terms of looks, the RTX 300 will stay loyal to the adventure bike DNA of TVS. It will feature a tall windscreen, sharp front fairing, beak-style fender, and split-seat design which will give it a rugged yet premium appearance. Built around a steel trellis frame, the bike uses upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear monoshock that is designed to soak up bumps on rough roads and terrains. The 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels are expected to be wrapped in dual-purpose tyres which will make it suitable for both highways and mild off-roading.
Brakes
For braking, TVS equips this roadrunner RTX 300 with petal-type discs on both ends and dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. Technology enthusiasts will also love the full-colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone pairing. This adventure bike is also expected to feature multiple riding modes, traction control and switchable ABS that will offer flexibility for every kind of biker.
Expected Price And Rivals
The TVS RTX 300 is likely to be priced between Rs 2.5 - Rs 2.8 lakh (ex-showroom), putting it head-to-head with rivals like the KTM 250 Adventure and Yezdi Adventure.
