Audi India has registered sales of 3,197 cars between January and September 2025, reporting steady performance despite a tough year for the luxury car segment, however the German automaker encountered challenges such as geopolitical developments, fluctuating exchange rates and changing market sentiments. With the festive season and the implementation of GST 2.0, Audi expects its sales to accelerate in the final quarter of the year.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, "This year has presented unique market dynamics, challenging the luxury car segment. During this period, we have focused on creating meaningful experiences for our customers. Despite complex market conditions and geopolitical developments,
GST 2.0 and strong festive demand give us optimism about closing the year on a high note. Our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences, coupled with a diverse and compelling product portfolio, continues to drive momentum and reinforces Audi's position with discerning customers across India."

In addition to this development and new car sales, Audi’s pre-owned car business which is ‘Audi Approved: plus’ grew by 5% as compared to the same period last year. With 26 facilities currently operating across India and one more which is expected soon, shows that the certified pre-owned segment is experiencing rising popularity among buyers looking for accessible luxury options.
Audi India has also been strengthening its sustainability and customer experience initiatives. The brand’s ‘Charge My Audi’ network now includes over 6,500 public EV charging points across India which supports its shift toward sustainable mobility.
To simplify customer convenience, Audi has also introduced innovative programs such as Assured Buyback, a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year Roadside Assistance. Partnerships like Ajio Luxe and new accessories such as the Audi Dash Cam identify the brand’s efforts to blend technology, luxury and lifestyle seamlessly.
While the luxury car market continues to face challenges, Audi India’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and premium ownership experiences shows that the brand is driving steadily toward a strong finish in 2025 and setting the stage for an even more powering 2026.
