The latest set of spy shots gives us our clearest look yet at what the 2026 update might bring to the Maruti Suzuki Brezza. While this isn’t a ground-up overhaul, the images suggest a tidy mid-cycle refresh
aimed at keeping the compact SUV relevant in a heated segment.
The most noticeable changes appear up front. The test mule shows a new bumper profile, and it seems Maruti has cleaned up the nose by deleting the dual chrome slats that currently sit inside the grille. The overall shape remains familiar, but the surface detailing looks slightly reworked, with small cuts and creases that should give the SUV a fresher expression without straying from the Brezza’s squared-off stance.

Along the sides, nothing drastic jumps out. The SUV still carries its chunky wheel arches, conventional door handles, and thick cladding that underline its upright silhouette. The alloy wheels look similar in design to the outgoing model but are now finished in black. Roof rails, a shark-fin antenna, and the single-pane sunroof continue unchanged. At the rear, the tail-lamp layout appears carried over, though minor trim revisions could arrive closer to launch.
Inside, details remain hidden, but this is where Maruti is expected to put in more effort. The facelifted Brezza could feature a larger 10.1-inch infotainment unit in place of the current 7-inch unit in mid trims and the 9-inch display in the top variants. Features like ventilated seats, a powered driver’s seat, a more sophisticated instrument cluster, and upgraded audio are also on the cards. Ambient lighting and other comfort-focused tweaks could help the SUV feel more premium than before.

Mechanical updates are unlikely. The 2026 Brezza should continue with the tried-and-tested 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. The CNG variant, also spotted on test, is expected to carry forward unchanged. Maruti may also integrate the underbody CNG setup seen on the newer Victoris.
