The next-generation Hyundai Venue has been spotted completely undisguised on Indian roads for the first time, giving us a clear look at what’s coming soon. Until now, we had only seen images from South Korea, but this latest sighting confirms that the India-spec Venue will look nearly identical to the global model.
The 2026 Venue’s design takes heavy inspiration from Hyundai’s larger SUVs like the Creta and Tucson, and even borrows some styling cues from the futuristic Ioniq 9. The front end looks bold with a new split-headlamp setup and C-shaped LED DRLs that connect through a wider grille. The bumper design has also changed, now featuring sharper lines and air vents for a sportier appearance.

From the side, the Venue gets a cleaner and more premium profile. Highlights include flared wheel arches, fresh 16-inch alloy wheels, and a blacked-out C-pillar that proudly displays the ‘Venue’ badge. The rear is where the new model stands out the most. A full-width LED light bar, surrounded by black trim, gives it a wider and more modern look.
Inside, the new Venue gets one of its biggest updates yet. The dashboard now features a twin-screen setup that combines the digital driver’s display and the touchscreen infotainment system in a single curved unit, just like in the new Creta. The cabin feels more upmarket with better materials, a redesigned steering wheel, and a tidier layout overall. Expected new features include a 360-degree camera, wireless smartphone connectivity, and Hyundai’s latest Level 2 ADAS system, which adds more safety tech and driver assistance functions.

Under the hood, Hyundai is likely to continue with the same set of engines as before: the 83hp 1.2-litre petrol, 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and 100hp 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options should include a 5-speed manual for the 1.2, a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT for the turbo, and a 6-speed manual for the diesel.
