Porsche has officially revealed prices for the Cayenne Electric in India. Two variants will be offered: the standard Cayenne Electric, priced at Rs 1.75 crore, and the Cayenne Turbo Electric, which comes
in at Rs 2.25 crore (both prices ex-showroom). Bookings for both models are now open, and customers can configure and place their orders through the official Porsche India website.
The Cayenne Electric line-up mirrors Porsche’s traditional hierarchy, with the standard model aimed at those seeking balanced performance, and the Turbo variant turning the volume all the way up. Under the skin, both versions use a dual-motor setup with all-wheel drive as standard, fed by a massive 113 kWh battery pack running on an 800-volt architecture.
Power figures are astonishing. The Cayenne Electric delivers 402 hp during regular driving and up to 435 hp and 834 Nm in Launch Control mode. That’s already serious performance, but it’s the Turbo Electric that truly pushes boundaries. It packs 844 hp in normal conditions and an eye-watering 1,139 hp and 1,500 Nm when Launch Control is engaged. Porsche claims it can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds, making it the quickest Cayenne ever, and cover the quarter mile in under 10 seconds.

Such power demands serious control, and Porsche has loaded the Cayenne Electric with advanced chassis systems. Both versions get Porsche Active Suspension Management as standard, while the Turbo Electric also features Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus. Buyers can further upgrade handling with optional rear-axle steering and the brand’s new Active Ride suspension, which reduces pitch and roll during acceleration, braking, and cornering.
Braking performance has been engineered to match the firepower. The SUV can recuperate up to 600 kW through regenerative braking, Porsche says nearly all daily braking can be handled by the motors alone. For those who want more traditional braking bite, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes remain on the options list.
On the charging front, the Cayenne Electric can handle DC fast charging up to 400 kW, allowing a 10–80% top-up in around 16 minutes under ideal conditions. It also offers an optional wireless charging system, simply park over a floor plate and the SUV charges at up to 11 kW, completely cable-free.

In terms of design, the Cayenne Electric adopts a sleeker, more rounded silhouette compared to its petrol counterpart, with design cues reminiscent of the Macan Electric. The front fascia and rear profile look cleaner and more aerodynamic, while maintaining Porsche’s unmistakable road presence.
Inside, Porsche has gone big on technology without losing the driver-focused layout it’s known for. The dashboard houses a 14.3-inch OLED driver display and a large curved infotainment screen that integrates navigation, climate, and entertainment controls. An optional 14.9-inch passenger display is also available, allowing the front passenger to interact with media independently. Despite all the digital real estate, Porsche has retained analog controls for key functions like air conditioning and volume, a small but welcome nod to usability.
