Tata Harrier Petrol
The Tata Harrier Petrol will mark the introduction of a petrol powertrain for the SUV. Tata Motors
is expected to use a new turbo-petrol engine, addressing long-standing demand for a petrol alternative to the diesel-only Harrier. The rest of the vehicle, including its design, cabin layout, and feature set, is likely to remain largely unchanged. This move is expected to widen the Harrier’s appeal, especially among urban buyers and regions where diesel demand is lower.
Tata Sierra EV
The Tata Sierra EV is among the most anticipated launches from the brand. Expected to be based on Tata’s dedicated EV architecture, the Sierra EV will revive the iconic Sierra nameplate in an all-electric form. It is likely to feature a modern design inspired by the original Sierra, a spacious cabin, as well as a long driving range suitable for both city and highway use. Battery specifications and pricing details are expected to be revealed closer to launch.
Tata Safari Petrol
Alongside the Harrier, Tata Motors is also working on the Safari Petrol. The three-row SUV is expected to share the same petrol engine as the Harrier Petrol, offering buyers an alternative to the current diesel-only lineup. The Safari Petrol will potentially retain its existing seating configurations, interior layout, and safety features. Introducing a petrol option could help Tata expand Safari sales among customers seeking a large family SUV without opting for a diesel engine.
Tata Punch Facelift
The Tata Punch facelift is expected to receive visual and feature updates while retaining its compact SUV positioning. Exterior changes are likely to include revised bumpers, updated lighting elements, and new alloy wheel designs, bringing it closer to Tata’s newer design language. Inside, updates may include a larger touchscreen infotainment system and additional connected features. Powertrain options are expected to remain unchanged, continuing with the existing petrol engine setup. The facelift aims to keep the Punch competitive in the entry-level SUV segment.
