BMW Motorrad India has something exciting coming up for motorcycle fans this festive season. The brand has confirmed that the popular BMW G 310 RR will be launched in a limited-edition version, but only 310 units will be made available across India.
The G 310 RR, built in partnership with TVS, has always been a favourite among riders who want sporty looks and performance in an affordable package and BMW badge. With this special edition, BMW is giving bike enthusiasts a chance to own something truly exclusive.
What’s New in the Limited Edition?
This upcoming limited version is expected to carry off many updates recently seen on the TVS Apache RR 310. Riders can look forward to a stronger 38 hp engine with a bigger airbox, lighter piston, and larger throttle body, with advanced features
like a bi-directional quickshifter, cruise control, launch control, and even cornering drag torque control, which is a technology usually seen on bigger sporty and superbikes.

Current Model Highlights
The already available G 310 RR, which is currently priced at Rs 3.05 lakh (ex-showroom), will now be available at Rs 2.81 lakh after the new GST reforms. It is equipped with a 312.12cc, liquid-cooled engine producing 33.5 bhp and 27.3 Nm of torque, with a top speed of 160 kmph. It also offers four riding modes like Sport, Track, Urban, and Rain along with dual-channel ABS, USD forks and LED lighting.

What’s Next for BMW’s Small Sportbike?
While the limited edition is sure to turn heads, it might also signal the final chapter for the G 310 RR in India. Rumours suggest that BMW is also preparing a brand-new 450cc parallel-twin sports bike, which could debut at EICMA 2025 before launching in India in 2026.
