Skoda India has confirmed that all 100 units of the Octavia RS have been sold out, just days after bookings opened. The sports sedan, brought to India as a limited-run model, could be reserved with a booking amount of Rs 2.5 lakh. While prices are yet to be officially announced, the strong demand underscores the model’s cult following among enthusiasts.
Skoda Octavia RS Is Powered By A 265 Hp Turbo-Petrol Engine
At the heart of the Octavia RS is a 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine producing 265 hp and 370 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox and front-wheel drive. Skoda claims a 0-100 kmph sprint time of 6.4 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph. The car also features progressive steering, sport-tuned suspension, and an RS-specific exhaust setup, giving it sharper
handling and a more engaging character than the standard Octavia.
Skoda Octavia RS Looks Menacing
Visually, the RS distinguishes itself with gloss black detailing on the grille, mirrors, and window surrounds. The trademark RS bumpers, black exhaust tips, and rear spoiler add to its aggressive stance. The sedan rides on 19-inch ‘Elias’ alloy wheels wrapped in 225/40 R19 tyres and will be offered in five paint options – Mamba Green, Candy White, Race Blue, Magic Black, and Velvet Red.

The Octavia RS Features A Sporty Interior
The cabin continues the performance-focused theme. The driver-oriented cockpit features front sport seats upholstered in Suedia and leatherette with heating, massage, and memory functions. Carbon-finish accents, red contrast stitching, and a black headliner give it a purposeful yet premium feel. A flat-bottom steering wheel, aluminium pedals, and ambient lighting complete the RS-specific touches.
The Octavia RS Is Loaded With Tech
On the technology front, the Octavia RS comes equipped with a 32.77 cm touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 26.03 cm Virtual Cockpit, and a 675W Canton audio system with 11 speakers and a subwoofer. Other key features include wireless charging with cooling, multiple USB-C ports, and a 3-zone climate control system.
