Tata Sierra EV
Tata is gearing up to launch the Sierra EV in early 2026, following the ICE version introduced in November 2025. Built on Tata’s dedicated electric architecture, the Sierra EV is expected to feature a large battery pack, rear-wheel drive or dual-motor setup, and a driving range of over 450 km per charge. Mahindra XEV 9S
The upcoming Mahindra XEV 9S 7-seater electric SUV, launching on November 27, promises to be Mahindra’s most ambitious EV yet, featuring a modular INGLO platform, premium tech like a triple-screen layout, panoramic sunroof, massage seats and up to 656 km claimed range, expected to be priced around Rs 21-30 lakh (ex-showroom).
Formula E-Inspired Mahindra BE 6 Limited Edition
Mahindra BE 6 is set to get a new edition launched on November 26, with teasers hinting at a Formula E-inspired styling and sporty detailing. While its electric powertrain remains unchanged, the upcoming variant is expected to command a premium over the standard model and arrive with distinctive decals and unique design elements ahead of the “Scream Electric” event in Bengaluru.
Maruti Suzuki e Vitara
The Maruti Suzuki e Vitara electric SUV is set to launch in India on December 2, 2025, marking the manufacturer’s first battery-electric offering in the midsize segment. Built on a dedicated EV platform with 49 kWh and 61 kWh battery options, it promises a claimed range of up to 500 km, Level 2 ADAS, and a premium feature set, including dual-screen infotainment, ventilated seats and connected-car tech. Initial reports suggest pricing between Rs 17 lakh and Rs 22.5 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning the e Vitara competitively in the growing electric SUV market.

Kia Syros EV
The upcoming Kia Syros EV set to launch in India by early 2026, is positioned as a compact electric SUV offering around 300–400 km range and equipped with modern features like a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, ADAS Level 2 and fast-charging capability. Early spy shots and reports indicate it will borrow battery packs from its global sibling, arrive with connected-car tech and EV-specific design touches, and compete in the value EV space at an estimated price of around Rs 14 lakh, making it one of the more affordable electric SUV entries for Indian buyers.
