Ultraviolette has unveiled the X-47 Crossover, at an introductory price of Rs2,49,000. This electric bike is the world’s first motorcycle to come equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) with integrated radar technology as standard and an integrated dual dashcam. These technologies are usually seen only in high-end cars.
Until now, radar-based safety systems were mostly seen in luxury cars, but the X-47 changed the game by packing this advanced tech into a motorbike. Ultraviolette’s new UV HyperSense system uses a 6th-generation long-range radar and cameras to keep biker safe with:
- Blind-spot monitoring, which alerts for vehicles sneaking up beside you.
