Engine and Performance
The Bajaj CT 110X is powered by a 115.45 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 9.5 PS at 7,500
rpm and 9.9 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. It comes with a 4-speed manual gearbox which is an all-down shift pattern, which makes it easy for new riders to handle.
CT 110X is best known for its mileage, as Bajaj claims 70 km per litre (ARAI-certified) average delivered by this commuter. Combined with its 11-litre fuel tank, the bike can easily cover 700+ km on a full tank, which makes it one of the most economical motorcycles for daily commuters. It can also reach a top speed of around 90 kmph.
Rugged Build and Practical Features
Built with Indian roads in mind, the CT 110X gets a strong square-tube frame with hydraulic telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers (SNS system) for a comfortable ride. It offers 170 mm of ground clearance, which helps it glide over potholes and speed breakers with ease.
For braking, the bike uses 130 mm front and 110 mm rear drum brakes, paired with Combi Braking System (CBS) for safer stops. Its semi-knobby tyres on alloy wheels add better grip on tough roads.
The CT 110X also comes loaded with useful like a rear luggage rack that can hold up to 7 kg, crash guards, metal bash plate, and rubber tank pads for added comfort and protection.
Design and Comfort
At first glance, the CT 110X looks tougher than most commuter bikes due to its blacked-out theme, LED DRLs on the headlamp cowl, and thick grab rails. The 810 mm seat height provides a comfortable upright riding position. Its analogue instrument console, kick and electric start and simple controls make it easy for daily rides.
