If you think electric cars are only about quiet driving, long range and features, then this electric roadster will compel you to think again as the new Aspark Owl Roadster is officially the world’s quickest
electric roadster. With no roof, four electric motors and an expected price tag of around $3.5 million which is around Rs 31 crore and this hypercar is meant for only the most passionate car collectors in the world.
The hypercar world already has some super roadrunners like the Lotus Evija, Pininfarina Battista and Rimac Nevera and these cars are insanely fast, extremely expensive and produced in very limited numbers. Now, Japan’s Aspark has joined this elite group with its Owl Roadster and it might be the wildest one yet.

Power and Speed
The standout feature of the Aspark Owl Roadster is its super performance, as it uses four independent electric motors that produce a combined 1,953 horsepower and a massive 1,919 nm of torque. This allows it to accelerate at a pace that seems almost unreal, like-
- 0–62 mph in 1.78 seconds
- 0–124 mph in 4.76 seconds
- 0–186 mph in 9.74 seconds
- Theoretical top speed of 413 km/h
Aerodynamic Engineering
Despite having a large 69 kWh battery pack, this Roadster weighs only 1,900 kg, which is very light for an EV of this size. That is because Aspark uses advanced materials like - carbon monocoque chassis, carbon-ceramic brakes and active aero with adjustable rear wing. It also comes with double-wishbone suspension and adjustable ride height which is 80-160 mm, helping the car remain stable at extreme speeds.
Driving Experience
The biggest difference from the coupe version is the open-top design. According to Aspark, this makes the driving experience more engaging that allows you to feel the airflow, hear the electric motors more closely and feel more connected to the road.
Edition
Aspark has planned only about 20 units and this makes it more expensive than other EV hypercars.
