Maruti Suzuki has announced a price increase for its top trims of the recently launched Victoris SUV. The ZXi+ (O) six-speed manual and ZXi+ (O) six-speed automatic trims now cost Rs 15,000 more than before
which marks the first price revision since the car’s launch in September 2025. However, other trims will continue to be priced same as originally launched, with the base model starting at Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Maruti Suzuki Victoris has been gaining attention rapidly, as within weeks of its launch, it registered over 25,000 bookings in India. This SUV has also earned a perfect 5-star crash test rating from both Global NCAP and Bharat NCAP which makes it the safest Maruti Suzuki SUV till date.
The Victoris comes in six trims which are LXi, VXi, ZXi, ZXi(O), ZXi+, and ZXi+(O). This SUV which is designed to rival the Hyundai Creta, boasts a lot of modern features. These features include a large 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, six standard airbags and a Level 2 ADAS safety suite.

Under the hood, the Victoris shares its powertrain with the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. Customers can choose between a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine which produces 103 hp and 139 Nm of torque or a 1.5-liter strong-hybrid unit generating 92.5 hp and 122 Nm. The petrol variant comes with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, with an option for a factory-fitted CNG kit. The automatic petrol trim also offers an all-wheel-drive (AWD) layout. The hybrid setup pairs with an e-CVT gearbox for smoother and more efficient driving.
The price hike is likely due to the high demand and premium features offered by the top trims. For buyers looking for safety, comfort and advanced technology in a mid-size SUV, the Victoris remains a strong oponent in the Indian market.
With its combination of safety, features and flexible powertrain options, the Maruti Suzuki Victoris continues to attract both family buyers and young professionals who look for a stylish and capable SUV.
