The British automaker is all set to launch something thrilling with the ‘John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman All4’ in India today. This is the performance version of Mini’s popular Countryman SUV and it has
got all the power and personality to match its sporty stance.
Under the hood, the JCW Countryman All4 will be equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces a 296 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. For information, the standard Countryman offers 212 bhp, so this new version will definitely be a big step up. The SUV can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds which makes it one of the fastest Minis ever sold in India.

It will also be paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and All4 all-wheel-drive system which will ensure smooth gear shifts and strong grip on any road. The jest is that this Mini isn’t just for city drives but also built to thrill.
Looks
The JCW Countryman All4 has the iconic racing spirit. Expect a signature black body with red stripes, a chequered-flag grille and large air intakes for better performance. The alloy wheels, red brake callipers and John Cooper Works badges make it instantly stand out of all the Mini’s. At the back, quad exhaust pipes and a roof spoiler complete its sporty look.
Inside the Cabin
From the inside, the JCW will feel just as energetic as it looks from the outside. The interior may feature red accents, contrast stitching and ambient lighting for a performance-inspired vibe. Metal-finish pedal shifters will add to the sporty feel, while the infotainment screen carries JCW-specific graphics.
Price
The Mini JCW Countryman All4 is expected to start at around Rs 68 lakh (ex-showroom). Also it will be available only in limited numbers which makes it an exclusive treat for performance car lovers. Mini is also preparing an electric version, but that one will also be ultra-exclusive, which will be limited to just 20 units globally.
