Honda has taken the wraps off the all-new CB1000GT at EICMA 2025. Positioned as a flagship touring machine in Honda’s lineup, the CB1000GT has a sharp design. The CB1000GT is powered by the same inline-four
engine as the CB1000R, and it is tuned for smooth, linear power delivery.
But what really makes it stand out is its focus on versatility. Honda has packed in multiple riding modes: Standard, Sport, Rain, and Tour. There’s also a User mode, which lets you fine-tune throttle response and suspension settings exactly how you like them.

Comfort is another area where Honda has gone all out. The CB1000GT features a relaxed riding posture, a broad seat, and a tall windscreen designed for long hauls. It also gets a quickshifter for clutchless upshifts and downshifts.
Tech-wise, the CB1000GT feels thoroughly modern. It comes equipped with Honda RoadSync, the company’s in-house connectivity suite that allows riders to pair their smartphones via Bluetooth. Through the system, you can access navigation, calls, and music directly from the handlebar controls or voice commands.

The big question now is whether the CB1000GT will make its way to India. Honda has yet to confirm anything officially, but given the rising popularity of premium tourers here, there’s definitely a growing audience for such a machine. The CB1000GT could fit right into that space, offering Honda reliability with grand-touring flair.
