Skoda Slavia, which is one of the popular sedans in India, is set to receive its first major facelift since its launch in 2022. The updated sedan has been spotted testing multiple times and is expected to go on sale around the middle of this year. While Skoda is yet to reveal the exact launch timeline, the all-new Slavia is likely to be more feature-rich than before to stay competitive against rivals such as the Hyundai Verna and Honda City, which is also expected to receive a major update soon. As part of the update, the facelifted Slavia could add several premium amenities, including a panoramic sunroof. Currently, the sedan has a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). With a range of cosmetic and feature upgrades, the updated model
is expected to carry a premium of around Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 over the outgoing version. Here’s a closer look at the top five changes expected in the upcoming Slavia facelift.
New Front Fascia
While the overall shape and core design of the sedan will remain untouched, Skoda is expected to make a few notable changes at the front. These include a flat grille, an aggressive front bumper, a lower, robust-looking air dam, LED headlamps with revised internals. While the current version has always been liked for its notable hexagonal grille with vertically-positioned slats, and and slim, coupe-like roofline, the upcoming possible design changes are expected to give the sedan a sharper and more premium appearance while also adding a stronger road presence.
New Alloy Wheels Design
The Skoda sedan is unlikely to see any significant changes on its side profile. That said, the Czech carmaker is expected to equip the new iteration of the Slavia with newly-designed alloy wheels while retaining the same 16-inch size.
More Appealing Colour Options
The existing Slavia is available in seven core colour options, including the Carbon Steel, Lava Blue, Deep Black, Brilliant Silver, Tornado Red, and Candy White. Skoda offers dual-tone paint option with top-spec models in the form of a contrasting black roof to add a sportier vibe to the sedan. With the upcoming facelift, Skoda is likely to further expand the colour palette by introducing new exterior shades and updated dual-tone combinations.
A Connected LED Taillight Strip
One of the most biggest additions could a connected LED light strip, which stretch across the tailgate and linking both taillamps. The new lighting setup is already seen on newer global Skoda models. A new bumper and a revised internals for taillamps may also be part of the package.

A Bigger 10.25-inch Digital Instrument Cluster
The already well-equipped sedan is likely to become more feature-focused with a larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and new 10.1-inch infotainment screen with an AI assistant.
Skoda may introduce new upholstery options while retaining the same dashboard layout. Other possible amenities could be rear seat massage function and an electronic parking brake (EPB) with auto-hold.
