Royal Enfield has expanded its Himalayan lineup with a brand-new special edition the ‘Himalayan Mana Black’. This motorcycle was officially launched in India at Motoverse 2025, shortly after its global
debut at the EICMA motorcycle show. This bike is priced at Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom), bringing a tougher, darker and more adventure-ready personality to the Himalayan range.
The Himalayan is Royal Enfield’s adventure bike built for city rides, highway cruising and rough terrains. The new Mana Black Edition takes this capability a step further with extra equipment and a design inspired by one of the world’s highest and toughest motorable routes which is the Mana Pass.
Inspiration
Mana Pass sits at an altitude of 18,478 ft and is known for its harsh weather, rough roads and extremely thin air. Only the most determined riders attempt this route and Royal Enfield has used this iconic landmark as the inspiration behind the Mana Black Edition.

Engine
Under the fuel tank this rough bike has the same Sherpa 450 engine found in the latest-generation Himalayan. This motor produces 39.47 bhp and 40 Nm of torque, which means it has enough power for relaxed city riding, long road trips and steep mountain climbs. The engine is designed to handle high altitudes without losing performance which makes it ideal for adventure travel.
Bold Stealth Black Styling
What makes the Mana Black Edition stand out is its bold, matte-finished Stealth Black paint scheme, which gives it a rugged and premium appearance. It also comes with a factory-fitted adventure kit which means the motorcycle is delivered with several useful accessories already installed. This bike has black rally hand guards for protection, black rally seat for extra grip and long-distance comfort, rally mudguard for better off-road performance and tubeless spoke wheels, which offer better convenience and durability. These additions make the Mana Black Edition more prepared for dirt tracks, rocky paths and unpredictable weather, which are the key challenges for adventure riders.
Another New Model
Just before this launch, Royal Enfield also showcased the Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition at EICMA 2025. The special edition celebrates 125 years since the company introduced its first motorcycle in 1901. This model is expected to arrive in India soon.
With its striking looks, tough hardware and adventure-friendly features, the Himalayan Mana Black Edition adds excitement to Royal Enfield’s 2025 lineup.
