- On-site minor repairs for small breakdowns
- Accident recovery and coordination with workshops

This initiative also extends to emergency assistance like- legal and medical referrals, hotel or taxi coordination, communicating messages and even vehicle custody if needed.
With this innovative initiative, Force Motors aims to enhance customer confidence and convenience, especially for those who are dependent on their vehicles for business or frequent long-distance travel.
Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors, emphasised, “Our customers place their trust in Force vehicles every day, and it is our responsibility to stand firmly by that trust. With the 3-year complimentary Roadside Assistance program, we aim to provide total support throughout their journey, reaffirming our commitment to reliability, responsiveness and care. This initiative marks another milestone in our continued investment in enhancing the ownership experience and building long-term trust through dependable service.”
The Force Gurkha, which is known for its tough off-roading and adventure ready built, is now available with enhanced security and peace of mind. This program ensures that even if something goes wrong in the middle of nowhere, Force is backing you up.
In an automobile market where carmakers are increasingly focusing on customer care, Force Motors' new initiative shows that it is serious about standing by its customers both on and off the road.
