Bolero Facelift
Mahindra is working on a facelifted Bolero, evident from the spy shots showing off a bigger and better touchscreen infotainment system with
some cosmetic upgrades. Reports indicate the front fascia will be updated, while most mechanicals may carry over. This updated Bolero will probably flaunt a new four-slatted-designed grille sitting between a pair of stylish fog lamps. The cabin will have revised upholstery joined by a newly designed steering wheel, housing media controls for added convenience.
New Thar 3-Door
The Mahindra Thar facelift (3-door version) is another key October release. Recent spy shots confirm it with a new grille having double stacked slots, C-shaped LED DRLs, and new alloy wheels. Interior amenities may come in the form of a larger 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a three-spoke power steering replacing the hydraulic type used earlier, and wireless charger. Engine and transmission variants are geared to stay put so that both petrol and diesel options with manuals and automatics can be offered.
Revamped Bolero Neo
The Bolero Neo facelift will also likely launch alongside the new Bolero. The Neo’s revision is anticipated to include a redesigned front end with a new horizontal-slatted grille, a remodelled lower bumper, and updated LED lighting. Other exterior elements such as roof spoiler, tailgate-mounted spare wheel, and wraparound taillamps will probably be retained. Like the other Mahindra models on the list, Bolero Neo facelift is also expected to continue with the same mechanical setup.
Skoda Octavia RS Returns
After years of absence, the Octavia RS is making its return to India next month. This RS variant will likely offer performance and styling upgrades over the standard Octavia, appealing to enthusiasts. Skoda is bringing in only 100 units of this premium sedan as Fully-Built Units (FBU). Bookings will open on October 6, whereas the pricing will be announced on October 17. Buyers can place their bookings via the brand’s official website.
