Battery and Range
The electric Harrier comes with two battery pack options - 65 kWh and 75 kWh. Customers can also choose between Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD). The biggest highlight is its claimed range of up to 627 km, which makes it suitable for both city drives and long-distance
travels.
The AWD version gets two motors, one on each axle, giving it more power, better grip and even mild off-road capability. This top-spec AWD variant produces 390 bhp and 504 Nm of torque which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds using Boost Mode. The RWD variants, using a single motor, still offers 235 bhp and 315 Nm.
The Harrier.ev uses a liquid-cooled LFP battery which is safer and more durable. With DC fast charging, the SUV can charge from 20% to 80% in roughly 25 minutes when using a compatible 100 kW or 120 kW charger. On a regular home or office AC charger, a full charge takes between 9.3 and 10.7 hours. Tata has also added useful features like Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), which lets you power appliances, and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging, allowing you to charge another EV.
Interior
From the inside, the Harrier.ev feels premium and high-tech. It features a massive 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system developed by Harman with Samsung Neo QLED technology. The 10-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos adds a luxury touch. Comfort features include ventilated and powered front seats, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, and even 65W USB-C fast charging ports for rear passengers.

It carries a Bharat NCAP 5-star safety rating and includes up to 7 airbags, a 360° camera, and even a “transparent mode” that shows the ground beneath the car to help avoid obstacles.
Practicality is well covered too as the Harrier.ev offers 502 liters of boot space, expandable to 999 liters and a front trunk (frunk) with 67 liters in RWD models and 35 liters in AWD versions.
