The 2025 Hero Super Splendor XTEC continues to be one of the most practical and well-rounded commuter motorcycles in Hero MotoCorp’s lineup. It is available in two variants: XTEC Drum and XTEC Disc, priced at Rs 81,998 and Rs 85,594 respectively (ex-showroom).
Visually, the Super Splendor XTEC carries a clean and functional design, and is available in four colour options: Candy Blazing Red, Black, Matt Grey, and Matt Nexus Blue. The styling remains simple, with body-coloured panels and subtle graphics.
Powering the Super Splendor XTEC is a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke OHC engine. It produces 10.7 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 10.6 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. This motor is paired with a 5-speed constant mesh gearbox. Hero’s i3S (idle
stop-start system) is standard.

The motorcycle is built on a tubular diamond frame, offering a balance between rigidity and comfort. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and 5-step adjustable units at the rear, tuned to deliver a comfortable ride on rough city roads.
Braking options include a 240 mm disc or a 130 mm drum at the front, depending on the variant, while the rear gets a 130 mm drum brake as standard. Both ends come equipped with tubeless tyres; 80/100-18 at the front and 90/90-18 at the rear.

In terms of dimensions, the Super Splendor XTEC measures 2,042 mm in length, 1,092 mm in height, and 752 mm (Disc) / 729 mm (Drum) in width, with a 1,267 mm wheelbase. The seat height is set at 793 mm.
The motorcycle uses a maintenance-free 12V-4Ah battery and offers both self-start (with i3S) and kick-start options. Practicality remains a strong point, with a long single-piece seat and upright riding posture suited for daily use.
