Yamaha MT-15: Engine Options
Coming to the mechanical side of things, the 2025 MT-15 V2 is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). This unit puts out 18.14 hp of maximum power at 10,000 rpm and 14.1 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm. The gearbox on duty here is a six-speed unit. The assist-and-slipper clutch is there to ensures smooth shifting and reduced wheel hop during aggressive downshifts.

Apart from this, there is bluetooth connectivity feature via Yamaha’s Y-Connect Mobile App that was upgraded last year.
