Mahindra is all set to launch its first 7-seater electric SUV and the latest viral visuals from Bengaluru confirm the same. Apart from the several teaser videos that the carmaker has shared over the past few days, this is the first real-life look that we get to see of not just one but an entire fleet of the upcoming SUV. Due to launch on November 27, the Mahindra XEV 9S will offer a more practical EV alternative to buyers who need the hi-tech experience of an XEV 9e and the practicality of an XUV700.

As we can see in the visuals, the fleet of Mahindra XEV 9S SUVs are in transit and presumably on their way to the 'Scream Electric' event, where the model
will be launched. We get a good look of the front and rear design, which confirms that the front design is inspired by the XEV 9e and the rear is identical to what we have seen in the XUV700 ICE SUV. Another video shows two colours of the SUV that were present in the fleet of cars, including a white and a dark blue shade. The original poster claims that the cars were delivered in Bengaluru exclusively for the launch event.
Based on the official teaser videos, the XEV 9S will continue to feature the triple screen setup inside the front cabin, along with 2 additional screens for the rear passengers. It will also get powered front seats with memory function and an electrically adjustable 'Boss Mode' to make more room for the rear passenger. Other notable features will include a sunroof, reclining second row seats, leatherette upholstery and the new backlit steering wheel. Mahindra has also revealed that the XEV 9S will feature a premium Harmon Kardon audio system.
Apart from the XEV 9S, Mahindra is also expected to launch the facelift version of the XUV700 ICE in the market soon. Based on spy shots, it would be the first ICE-powered Mahindra SUV to feature the triple-screen setup inside the cabin, along with a host of updated features. Since its launch in 2021, the XUV700 is due for a mid-life refresh and the carmaker is expected to deliver it for customers soon.
