Yamaha has revised the prices of the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid scooter range in India with the latest increase going up to Rs 1,000 depending on the variant. The update affects both drum and disc brake trims of the scooter, while the overall package remains mechanically unchanged. According to Yamaha India’s official website, the Fascino Disc 125 costs Rs 87,000 (ex-showroom), while the top-spec S variant is priced at Rs 96,200 (ex-showroom). The latest revision is important because the 125cc scooter category remains one of India’s most price-sensitive two-wheeler segments, where even small hikes can impact monthly EMI and ownership calculations for buyers.
Yamaha Fascino 125 New Prices After Latest Revision
The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid continues to be offered in multiple variants and colour options.
Following the latest update, mid and top versions now cost around Rs 1,000 more than before. Here is the updated ex-showroom price list.
| Fascino 125 Variant | Ex-Showroom Price |
| Drum | Rs 74,910 |
| Disc | Rs 87,100 |
| S | Rs 96,200 |
Compared to rivals like the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125, and TVS Jupiter 125, the Fascino remains positioned as a feature-focused urban scooter for city commuting and daily office use.
Engine Output And Hybrid Tech Remain Unchanged
The price hike does not bring any cosmetic or hardware updates. The Fascino 125 continues to use a 125cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine paired with Yamaha’s Smart Motor Generator (SMG) mild-hybrid system.
The engine produces about 8.08 hp at 6,500 rpm and 10.3 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Yamaha claims the hybrid assist system helps provide smoother acceleration from standstill conditions while also supporting silent engine start and stop-start functionality during traffic halts.
The scooter weighs just 99 kg for the drum variant, making it one of the lighter offerings in the segment. It also gets features such as Bluetooth connectivity through the Y-Connect app, LED headlamp, side-stand engine cut-off, digital instrument cluster as well as automatic stop-start system.

What The Latest Price Hike Means For Buyers
The Fascino 125 still sits in the premium end of the commuter scooter segment, but the revised pricing, though minimal, narrows the gap further.
For buyers planning to purchase a 125cc scooter in 2026, sometimes even a slight hike can influence insurance costs, financing amounts and on-road pricing across metro cities.
