Kawasaki has officially revealed the 2026 Z1100 and Z1100 SE, introducing a major step forward in its Supernaked lineup. Both models feature a 1,099cc inline-four engine producing 136 hp at 9,000 rpm and 112.93
Nm of torque at 7,600 rpm. Revised camshaft profiles, upgraded intake ports, and a heavier flywheel improve low- and mid-range response.
The motorcycles are built on a rigid aluminium twin-tube frame paired with Showa Separate Function Fork–Big Piston (SFF-BP) front suspension and horizontal back-link rear suspension. The Z1100 SE adds Öhlins S46 rear shock and Brembo braking components for improved handling and stopping power over the standard model.

A 5-inch full-colour TFT display offers turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity through Kawasaki’s Rideology app. Riders can access voice commands and other connected functions directly from the dash. Both models include electronic throttle valves, cruise control, a dual-direction quickshifter and a six-axis IMU enabling advanced traction control, cornering management and other safety systems.
Kawasaki has also adjusted ergonomics to improve control. Handlebars are 22 mm wider and 13 mm further forward than before, designed to give riders more leverage and a lighter, more agile feel at all speeds.
